As you read Christensen for Tuesday, don't forget about Carlson. In his text (and in the It's Elementary video) he talks about the "popular culture curriculum" that teaches us about LGBT people and issues through films like Ace Ventura or even the more recent Chuck and Larry movie released last summer.
